Another of Erie's premier properties, this distinctive home, set amidst beautful landscaping and mature trees, overlooks Lake Erie. The owners had renovated and redesigned the home, with many unique, personalized details. In creating this commissioned drawing, the challenge was not only to capture the details of the home, but also to show the variations and individual nature of the surrounding trees, shrubbery and landscaping. The drawing is extremely detailed, a balance between the house and it's surroundings. To me it presents an image that expresses the essence of "home".
